Justin Taylor
"I am a designer by passion, not by trade."
Justin has spent more than 20 years designing sports and lifestyle footwear. He didn't come up through design school. He came up through the work: starting at AND1, finding his voice at Jordan Brand, and now running ROMP Creative and serving as Creative Director for CODE by gentry.
He has designed signature shoes for Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and Blake Griffin. Every shoe starts with a story and a sketch, and the goal is always the same: performance, style and comfort the wearer can feel.
Off the clock: sneakerhead, hooper, illustrator. Usually drawing dinosaurs in Jordans.
